Jigawa State Governor’s aide on New Media, Muhammad Garba, don criticise the African Democratic Congress (ADC) over the party’s poor performance for the just-concluded Osun governorship election.
Garba say ADC only manage 17,180 votes, while Ademola Adeleke of the Accord Party win 511,067 votes and APC candidate Bola Oyebamiji get 444,811 votes.
According to Garba, the result show say ADC no really get strong political presence across Osun and only dey active for some local government areas for the North.

He say he no surprise say the party perform poorly, despite all the statements and political activities wey ADC don make before the election.
Garba also praise President Bola Tinubu, saying the Osun election show say being President no automatically mean say the ruling party must win every election under the administration.
He argued say when electoral institutions are allowed to work independently and voters get freedom to choose their leaders, e dey strengthen democracy and increase public confidence in the electoral system.
The big question now be: ADC fit use this Osun result take build stronger structure before 2027, or the party still get long way to go?
