Inspector-General of Police, Kayode Egbetokun, don carry four suspected political thugs from Osogbo go Federal High Court for Abuja, give dem two heavy charge — murder and illegal possession of gun.
The four men — Adejare Waliyu, Kilanko Ismaila Damilare, Kehinde Adeola and Muheeb Taoheeb — stand before Justice Binta Fatima Nyako on Monday.
Police lawyer, Mr Adeniyi Oyeyemi, talk say Adejare Waliyu hold prohibited pump action rifle wey law no allow anybody carry, against Section 27 of Firearms Act.

For second charge, dem accuse the four men say dem use the same pump action rifle shoot one man wey dem identify as Sheriff during political crisis for Osun State between August 26 and November 28, 2022. The offence dey under Section 319 of Criminal Code Act, 2004.
When dem read the charge give dem, all four talk say dem no guilty.
Court Move Case Go Osogbo
Police lawyer bin wan make trial start for Abuja, but defence lawyer, Mr Okon Ita, beg court say make dem transfer the case go Osogbo, since na there the alleged killing happen and all witnesses dey stay.
Although police object, Justice Nyako see reason for the request and order say make dem move the case go Osogbo Division of the Federal High Court for easier administration and justice.
As dem dey arrange transfer, court order say the four accused go remain for custody of Force Headquarters Abuja.
