Court Clear Abba Kyari & Brothers, NDLEA Case Dismissed

Abuja Federal High Court don clear suspended DCP Abba Kyari and him two brothers, Mohammed and Ali, as court dismiss NDLEA case wey dey accuse dem of no declare all dia assets.

Justice James Omotosho talk say NDLEA no fit prove dia case well well, and e call the whole matter persecution. As result, court discharge and acquit all three defendants.

The 23-count charge from NDLEA claim say Abba Kyari and him brothers no declare 14 properties wey include shopping malls, residential estates, polo playground, lands and farms wey dem dey own for Abuja and Maiduguri. NDLEA still claim say dem get over N207 million and €17,598 for different banks, wey dem no declare.

NDLEA accuse dem of disguising ownership and converting money, punishable under NDLEA Act and Money Laundering (Prohibition) Act. But court talk say prosecution never meet the standard wey law require to secure conviction.

Kyari and him brothers deny all the charges from the beginning, and now, them fit move free. Court set the matter clear, and Naija dey watch as this case don officially end with full acquittal.
