As the last round of group-stage games for AFCON 2025 begin today Monday for Morocco, tension don high as most teams still dey struggle to enter knockout stage. For now, na only Egypt, Nigeria and Algeria don already book their space for Round of 16 after winning their first two matches.
According to CAF statement, the remaining teams go know their fate after this final set of matches, as top two for each group go qualify automatically, while some third-place teams fit still sneak enter based on points.
CAF yarn say the matches for each group go happen the same time so that no team go get advantage.
